KAIZEN
GOAL TRACKING & GROUP ACCOUNTABILITY01 — 04

SHOW THE WORK.

Kaizen is a goal-tracking and accountability app for small private groups. Declare what matters in the morning, attach evidence by noon the next day, and let the people you trust verify the work.

THE KAIZEN METHOD

Ambition becomes visible when it leaves a trail of commitments, evidence, and honest review.

01

Declare

Set a measurable outcome before the day begins.

02

Do the work

Keep the top three commitments unmistakably clear.

03

Bring proof

Close every commitment with evidence and reflection.

04

Get verified

Your accountability group confirms the outcome.

ONE DAY, CLOSED PROPERLY

Proof over promises.

Every record keeps the original declaration, every evidence version, and every peer decision—so progress cannot be rewritten after the fact.

LOCK IN TOGETHER

Your work stays inside the room.

Private by default

Only authenticated members of your accountability group can see its work.

Up to fifteen

Small enough for trust, large enough for meaningful peer accountability.

Execution wins

Planning matters, but verified achievement carries sixty percent of the score.

WHO IT'S FOR

For people who keep promises to each other.

Kaizen suits small groups who already meet, study or work together and want progress they can see. Goals become milestones, milestones become daily commitments, and every commitment ends with proof and a peer review.

Study and research groups

Classmates and researchers who want each day of reading, writing or revision to leave a record the group can check.

Founders and freelancers

People who work without a manager and want peers to see what was promised in the morning and delivered by the next day.

Health and habit circles

Friends building a routine together, from training plans to daily practice, who prefer evidence over good intentions.

QUESTIONS

Before you start a group.

What is Kaizen?

Kaizen is a goal-tracking and accountability app for small private groups. Each member declares what they will do today, attaches evidence of the work, and asks other members to verify it.

Who can see my work?

Only active members of your group. Private milestones and their evidence are visible to you alone, and nothing in a group is public.

What counts as evidence?

A photo, video, audio clip, document, link, GitHub link or a written note, attached to the day's commitment by noon the next day.

How many people can join a group?

Up to fifteen. Owners and admins approve everyone who asks to join with the group's code.

Does my group have to use fines?

No. Groups have no fines unless their owners add their own fine rules. Kaizen records amounts and decisions but never collects or holds money.

Who can use Kaizen?

Kaizen is for adults aged 18 or older.
